Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets within the gated area as they can become a tripping hazard with busy crowds.

Can I bring my kids? What about nursing babies?
Yes - your kids under the age of 12 are welcome to join you from noon until 3pm if they are accompanied by an adult - after 3pm the festival becomes age of majority. This applies to any minor, even if they are babies. Parents and caregivers : YOU are responsible for the supervision of your children.

Are strollers allowed?
Your strollers are allowed within the gates but we kindly ask you that if you don’t require the stroller with you at all times to leave it outside the gates.

I can’t find my ticket. What do I do?
Don’t worry, someone at the gate will help you out - as long as you have identification and your name and email address we can find that for you. Before festival day, just email us at northontap@gmail.com and we can resend it to you.

Is the site/washrooms accessible?
Yes, the site is accessible and there is one accessible washroom near the pavilion.

Can I come by boat?
Yes! Please reserve your slip with the City of Temiskaming Shores.

Where do I park?
We have designated parking area at the curling club 434 Leslie McFarlane Way. There is also ample parking at city hall and at the beach parking, but we strongly recommend not to bring your vehicle if you plan to drink and ensure that you have a designated driver if you do.

Do you offer a bus shuttle service?
We do not offer a shuttle service but there will be numbers posted around the site to call a cab and the town bus runs regularly and is available up the street from the site.

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non refundable. If you wish to sell your ticket, try posting it on our Facebook page (@northontapbeer).

Is there an ATM on site?
Yes, we have an ATM on site.

Do you accept debit/credit?
We do not accept debit or credit - please ensure that you are prepared to have cash on hand or you can use our ATM.

Is there more to drink than just beer?
Yes, North On Tap is more than just beer! We strive to offer different beverage options. In the past, we have had distilleries serving liquor and we always have pop and water for sale.

What do I get with my entry?
You get access to the grounds, your very own collector’s North on Tap beer glass and two beverage tickets with your entry fee.

What is your policy if it rains?
This is a rain or shine event - check the weather the morning of the festival and dress appropriately - The pavilion is covered and we will have a large tent with tables for coverage from rain if the weather doesn't cooperate.

Can I buy beer from vendors to take home with me?
Alcohol is not permitted outside the gates. The last drink will be served at 9:00pm.

Can I bring my lawn chair?
Yes, feel free to bring your lawn chairs.

I broke my North on Tap beer glass…now what?
We will have glasses available for purchase at our merchandise table if you happen to break your glass - no worries, you can continue to enjoy your craft beverages. Please note that brewers will only serve in the official North On Tap beer glass.

Will you be selling North on Tap merchandise?
Yes we will have a merchandise tent with our North On Tap hats, sweaters, t-shirts, tank tops, glasses and more. Make sure you bring some extra cash to be able to bring home a great souvenir.

Will there be gluten free, vegetarian, vegan food options?
If you have food restrictions, please discuss this with each individual food vendor. You can visit our Food Vendors page to see who will be participating.

Do I need to bring my ID?
YES you must show your ID at the gate at time of entry. We will not issue you your bracelet without having verified that you are of legal drinking age.

Can I smoke on site?
Yes, there is a smoking section. Please follow directions to our smoking area. Please be courteous of non smokers and the environment by properly disposing of your cigarette butts.

Can I come in and out of the North On Tap grounds?
Yes, you are welcome to leave the fenced area of the site and return. However, you cannot leave the site with your drink. No re-entry privileges will be allowed 15 minutes prior to the end of the festival.

I have a question on Festival day…who can help me?
Volunteers will be clearly marked around the site to help answer any questions you may have, you can also approach anyone from the North On Tap committee.

I accidentally cut myself…is there a first aid on site?
Yes, we have a first aid on site to help with minor injuries that may occur. Please ask a North on Tap volunteer or committee member for assistance. However, for all emergencies, please contact 911.
